Every SKU in the range turned into a QA'd, AR-ready 3D asset — then every colourway rendered from it. No photography, no sample logistics.
The brief
A furniture retailer with a four-figure SKU count and a catalogue that photography could no longer keep up with — new ranges landed faster than samples could be shot.
What we did
Ingested product photos and factory CAD into our generative 3D pipeline; every mesh retopologised, textured and QA'd by a senior artist. The 3D masters then fed the imagery engine for colourway and lifestyle frames, and the AR embeds on product pages.
Outcome
The whole range is now software: new colourways are a regeneration, not a reshoot, and every product page carries place-in-your-room AR.
