Shipped a drag-to-rotate configurator built on web-optimised 3D masters: live fabric and frame swapping, place-in-your-room AR with no app install, wired into the store's variant and pricing logic.
Outcome
Shoppers now configure the exact piece they want and see it in their own room before buying — and the brand sees which configurations convert.
