An equipment twin that replaced live training

Operators now train on a scriptable, browser-based twin of the line — scenarios, faults and assessments included — instead of pulling live equipment out of production.

The brief

A manufacturer rolling out automated equipment across a national network — with training that previously required taking live machinery out of operation.

What we did

Rebuilt the equipment as a spec-accurate interactive twin with cutaway modes, scripted operating cycles, fault scenarios and scored assessments, exported to the client's LMS.

Outcome

Onboarding moved off the line entirely. Every site trains on the same twin, and assessment scores flow straight into the training team's dashboard.
