The brief

A homeware brand whose paid-social creative fatigued in days, on a shoot calendar that refreshed imagery twice a year.

What we did

Built photoreal 3D masters of the hero range, fine-tuned a private image model on the brand's catalogue, and anchored generation to the masters so every frame keeps exact geometry and materials. Every delivered image passes human QA.

Outcome

Creative refreshes moved from a shoot calendar to an API call — thousands of on-brand frames a season, with A/B variants streamed to the performance team weekly.
