The brief
A developer selling a 32-storey residential tower off-plan. Buyers needed to feel the building — and the view from their exact unit — years before completion.
What we did
Built the tower and its context as an interactive twin with a per-unit view explorer, then directed a launch film on top of the same 3D: rendered plates enhanced with a generative video pass and graded like a commercial.
Outcome
The sales suite runs on a browser. Remote buyers tour the building, check their unit's actual view, and watch the film — the campaign shipped with zero photography.
